Edwards self-weighted goals are designed for use on synthetic and grass pitches. Unlike other rollaway goals, they will not damage either artificial or natural turf surfaces.

• 100mm x 107mm reinforced aluminium frame
• Precision cut elbow joints for strength
• Steel counterbalance backbar with wheels
• Puncture-proof micro-cellular polyurethane wheels
• No manual handling of counterweights
• Net fixes neatly around base – the ball does not pass under net

All goals are independently tested to BS EN 748 2004 for senior or BS 8462:2005 for youth.

Beijing’s Olympic Green Tennis Centre officially opened last month when the 2008 Olympic venue played host to warm-up events.

Following on from Athens 2004 and the Doha Asian Games, we are delighted that all Edwards court equipment is in use at Beijing for such a prestigious event:

The new complex houses 10 full-size grass pitches on three plateaus, along with an additional synthetic pitch.

ALUMINIUM HOCKEY GOALS – HEAVY DUTY

At Edwards our aim is to constantly improve our designs for durability, safety, easy assembly and versatile movement.

This aluminium hockey goal is a perfect example of expert craftsmanship and thoughtful design:

• 3.66m wide x 2.13m high (regulation size).
• 76mm x 50mm rectangular hollow section aluminium.
• 38mm net supports.
• 25mm thick polypropylene backboards with aluminium trim.
• Stainless steel lacing bars for crossbar, uprights, bottom of side frame and back.
• 25mm diameter pneumatic wheels (to be ordered separately).
