Broxap Merges With Evans Sports Of Longton

Broxap Limited are pleased to announce that is has merged with Evans Sports of Longton, Staffordshire. This merger results in Broxap promoting three sports divisions in as many years having already acquired Stadia Sports of Ely, Cambridgeshire and Edwards Sports Products in Bridport, Dorset.

Evans is a company that has been established for over 171 years and has been one of the leading sellers of sports equipment throughout the UK.

Selling mainly to the Primary Education sector along with Local Authority and Sports Clubs, Evans has been a supplier of quality sports products from leading brands Slazenger, Mitre, Dunlop, Butterfly and Baden to name but a few.

The company will operate with its staff from the original offices based in Sutherland Road, Longton for the foreseeable future and Broxap are keen to retain the identity and branding of Evans Sports. A spokesperson for Broxap said “We see this as a fantastic move to complement our other sports companies Stadia Sports and Edwards Sports Products".
