In response to demand from clubs, Edwards developed a non permanent ball stop system. This maximises the use of valuable sports ground space, optimises pitch care and eliminates installation costs. The system has become an essential product for clubs with users including Liverpool, Everton, Chelsea, Newcastle United and Manchester City.
A standard system is 6m high x 40m wide (other sizes available) which comprises of four aluminium masts with pulley system that slot into wheeled bases fitted with 360° rotational wheels for ease of movement. Bases have telescopic outriders, levelling plates for stability and ground screw anchors for safety.
